Nick and Gareth Wells started the company in 2008 with a desire to provide quality marine trimming for the boating community. Nick is a qualified sailmaker and experienced marine trimmer and Gareth brings business skills as well as measuring and templating experience to the company.
Both are experienced and enthusiastic yachties with many hours of gulf cruising and bluewater sailing under their belt including taking the family yacht to Australia and back, two handed.
When not at work, Gareth can be found cruising the Hauraki Gulf in Wandering Star, the family Townson 32ft yacht which was home to Gareth and his wife for over two years, while they cruised the east coast of Australia.
Nick enjoys Wednesday and Friday night racing (in fact racing any time having competed in over 7 Auckland to Noumea/Fiji races) as well as cruising and is now busy doing up his house recently purchased with his partner.
As experienced sailors and boat owners themselves they understand the needs of boat owners and the harsh marine environment.
